About Us

Spring H2O began as a family-owned business with a simple commitment, to provide reliable, high-quality spring water backed by exceptional customer service.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, we've built our reputation on trust, consistency, and a genuine commitment to the people and businesses we serve. What started as a local operation has grown into one of Victoria's leading spring water suppliers, servicing homes, workplaces, schools, farms, and commercial customers across the Western & South-West regions of Victoria.

Our growth has never been driven by simply increasing volume. Instead, it has come from a continued focus on customer satisfaction and our dedication to delivering a product our customers can depend on. We understand that when customers choose Spring H2O, they expect quality, reliability, and service every time.

One of the foundations of our success is consistency. Our customers know that the water they receive today is the same premium-quality spring water they received last week, last month, and last year. By sourcing from the same trusted spring, week in and week out, we ensure a dependable supply and a consistent drinking experience that our customers have come to rely on.

We take pride in knowing our customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalised service that larger organisations often struggle to match. Those values remain at the heart of everything we do today. We often say to customers, “We are large enough to Service your requirements, but small enough to Care”

As Spring H2O continues to grow, our mission remains unchanged, to deliver exceptional spring water, outstanding service, and long-term value to every customer. We are proud of how far we have come, grateful for the loyalty of our customers, and excited about the opportunities ahead as we continue expanding our presence throughout Western & South-west Victoria.

The story of Spring H2O is one of steady growth, strong relationships, and an unwavering commitment to quality. It's a story that continues with every delivery, every customer, and every community we serve.
